IDL Diagnostics is a Swedish Group that develops and markets blood and urine tests. The group specializes in oncology and bacteriology and has a broad product portfolio used in healthcare and established in various markets.

IDL Diagnostics corporate governance is governed by the Swedish Companies Act and other applicable laws and regulations, the articles of association, and internal policy documents. The internal policy documents include first and foremost the rules of procedure for the Board of Directors, instructions for the CEO, and instructions for financial reporting.
